It has been a while since I have posted, but I have been looking at all the great photos of Lad, Schmoopy, Tallulah, Evita and the rest of the great dog pics. I check them out every day. Thanks Katkia for the links to all those dogs, they are all adorable! I came close to getting another dog two weeks ago. There was a Welsh Corgi/Australian Shepherd mix at a nearby shelter. I heard about her on a Tuesday, so I went there on that Saturday but she was already gone. I work from 7am to 7pm(Monday-Friday), so I couldn't get there sooner. I should have just blown off work and gone to get her! I hope she found a good loving family! I'll keep looking and one day it will happen. Thanks for caring and keep the photos coming!

Corkie has been gone for a couple months now, but I still remember some of the things she used to do that made her so special. I like to listen to country music, so one day I put a Judds cd in to listen to and I noticed that when the song 'A River of Time' came on, Corkie started to sing along at certain parts of the song! She used to do it every time that song played. That must have been the only song she liked, because she wouldn't sing to any other. Click on the link and watch her sing!

We had a beautiful sky this morning! It's still to chilly for Spring(50 degrees), but this little guy was loving it! Come on

I still look for my Corkie when I get home from work! She used to be at
the door waiting for me! This pic was taken when she got home from
the groomers, she hated the scarf and ribbon, but she looked so cute!
The look she's giving me is "take these silly things off of me, please!".
I miss you girl!

My best friend, Corkie, passed away Friday night while I was sleeping. My heart
is broken. She was the light of my life. I will miss her dearly. She was 14 yrs. old.
